Baked Korean BBQ Chicken Wings

Serves: 4 (20 wings total) 


  • 4 tablespoons Kalbi Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Kimchi Spicy Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Garnish: cilantro and green onions, chopped 



Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 

Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. 

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place chicken wings on parchment paper, without overlapping them. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Bake for 45-50 minutes. Broil on high for 5 minutes, or until skin is crisp. 

Toss wings with Kalbi Korean BBQ Sauce in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 

For the kimchi aioli in a small bowl combine mayonnaise with Kimchi Spicy Hot Sauce. Mix until smooth. 

Serve wings dipped or drizzled with kimchi aioli. 

Garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions.
