1 pound rotisserie chicken cut into small pieces
¼ cup of Kimchi Hot Sauce
4 green lettuce leaves, shredded
1 cup napa cabbage, shredded
1 red pepper, cut into thin slices
¼ red onion, cut into thin slices
1 avocado, sliced into thin pieces
For the vinaigrette
3 Tbs Kalbi Sauce
1 Tbs Rice Vinegar
1 tsp sesame seeds
Pour the Kimchi Hot Sauce on the chicken and mix until fully coated.
In a large bowl, mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette. Add in lettuce, cabbage, and red pepper and toss to combine.
Lay wrap on a flat surface and fill with dressed salad, chicken and top with red onion and avocado. Tightly wrap and serve.
