Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Seoul Kimchi and juices
5 green onions – roughly chopped
1 tsp of salt
Step 1
In a bowl flour and 1/4 cup water to create a batter. Add in the remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add in pancake batter and cook on medium heat until the bottom turns golden brown (about 4 minutes). Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
