Gochujang Sauce Grilled Cheese.

Turn an ordinary grilled cheese into a spicy, cheesy favorite. Add a layer of our gochujang sauce for the perfect balance of heat, sweetness, and umami.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (sourdough, white, or brioche)
  • 2–3 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or American)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1–2 teaspoons gochujang sauce

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Spread the gochujang sauce on the inside of one slice.
  3. Add the cheese and close the sandwich.
  4. Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
  5. Slice and serve.
