ABOUT TAMMY

Tammy worked alongside her mother making Lucky Foods Spring Rolls, before taking over the family business as President in 2001. Outside of running the family business, Tammy enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren and turning some music on and creating masterpieces in the kitchen.

Tammy’s favorite dish: Kimchi Pancakes

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup water
1 cup Seoul Kimchi
5 green onion
1 tsp salt

In a bowl mix water and flour to create a batter. Then, add in the remaining ingredients.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add in pancake batter and cook on medium heat until the bottom turns golden brown (about 4 minutes). Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
