Our version of White Kimchi is a mild and refreshing Korean staple. Also called Baek Kimchi, this is a terrific variation of traditional kimchi without the chili pepper.
We select only the best: local premium Napa cabbage and farm-fresh vegetables. Fresh jalapenos to give it a slight spice. Great on salads, rice bowls, hamburgers or any way you would eat pickles or coleslaw. Enjoy it fresh out of the jar too!
