Turn an ordinary grilled cheese into a spicy, cheesy favorite. Add a layer of our gochujang sauce for the perfect balance of heat, sweetness, and umami.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (sourdough, white, or brioche)
- 2–3 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or American)
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1–2 teaspoons gochujang sauce
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Spread the gochujang sauce on the inside of one slice.
- Add the cheese and close the sandwich.
- Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve.
