Instructions
-
Marinate the Beef: Toss the beef cubes with soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and 1/2 tbsp oil. Let sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
-
Prep the Plate: Arrange the cooked white rice and spring greens on your serving plate.
-
Sear the Beef: Heat a small heavy skillet or wok over high heat until smoking hot. Add 1/2 tbsp oil, then place the beef cubes in a single layer. Let sear undisturbed for 1 minute to form a crust.
-
Shake and Toss: Toss/shake the pan to sear the other sides (about 1 minute). Add the red onion wedges and butter, shaking constantly for 1 minute until the butter melts, the onions soften slightly, and the beef is medium-rare to medium.
-
Plate & Top: Transfer the cooked beef and onions to the plate next to the rice and greens. Top generously with Lucky Foods Soy Pickled Pepper Medley and serve immediately.
